Kaila Muncy

Kaila started learning the Ashtanga yoga sequence in 2008 under teacher Kate Fitzgerald. The practice of ashtanga always felt right, it was the yoga practice that fit.

Her passion continued to grow as she completed a 200 hour teacher training, Stoked yogi SUP yoga training, ashtanga first series training with authorized teacher Tim Miller, and a mentorship with level 2 authorized ashtanga teacher Taylor Hunt. In 2016 the desire to bring the style of yoga that helped change her life to her hometown started to take hold. A year later a dream was realized when Ashtanga Yoga 302 was founded.

Kailas background includes ERYT-200, Ashtangi, SUP yogi, founder of YogaFull Roots LLC, founder of Ashtanga yoga 302, Licensed Massage Therapist, lover of community and adventure.

She brings a joyful energy to yoga classes, teaching with an open heart and a true love for what she does.

Kassie Donovan

Hi, my name is Kassie and I am so excited to be apart of your yoga journey. When I first started practicing yoga 9 years ago it was just to have a new "hobby" and to do cool poses. Little did I realize how humbling this practice is and what I thought would be a hobby turned into my greatest passion. In 2013 I wanted to share my love for yoga with the rest of the community. I received my RYT-200hr training and my Ashtanga Yoga training soon after. These trainings set the foundation I need to teach others about this practice. I love helping others feel better leaving my class then when they came in. Don't believe the myth that yoga is only for certain people, yoga is for everyone! So if your ready to start this journey, I'm ready to guide you along the way.
